School-Wide Discipline Plan
Level 1 behaviours are handled by the attending staff member.
Chronic level 1 behaviours could result in a referral to the school administration
Level 2 behaviours are handled by the attending staff member.
Chronic level 2 behaviours will result in a referral to the school administration.
Level 3 behaviours will result in an immediate referral to the school administration.

• Abuse of school equipment
• Cheating (assignments, tests, essays, papers, etc.)
• Dress code violation
• Violation of acceptable computer use policy
• Inappropriate representation of school (trips, sports)
• Invasion of adult space
• Unsafe use of skateboard
• Homeroom attendance
• Non-payment of fees
• Misuse of phones, cameras, etc)
• Lying
• Misuse of matches/lighters
• Parking lot behavior
• Plagiarism
• Skipping
• Teasing
• Unexcused absence
• Sign in/Sign out violation
• Horseplay/Pushing/Running in halls
• Cell phone violation
LEVEL 3 DISCIPLINE ISSUES
• Behaviour toward substitute
• Bullying/Intimidation
• Bus behavior to/from school
• Cheating (exam, major project/assignment)
• Dangerous use of vehicle
• Defiance
• Smoking policy violation
• Use/Possession of drugs and/or drug paraphernalia
• Disruption of school operation
• Non-Emergency fire alarm or 911 call
• Off property violation
• Vandalism
• Fighting/Physical aggression
• Safety concern (dangerous)
• Sexual behavior/harassment
• Swearing at an adult
• Theft
• Weapons violation
• Use of racial/homophobic comments/slurs
• Forgery
• Hate literature
• Illegal activity
