Course registration for the 2026-27 school year is approaching! Over the next 2 months, Horton High School will guide you through the course selection process.

- Grade 9: Scheduling Google Meet with Mr. Routledge (Period 2). Presentations will also be available in their Google Classroom (myxyihsx).Ā It is our intention to record and post the presentation in this Google Classroom.
- Reviewing myblueprint course registration functions.

- Grade 10/11: Scheduling Google Meet with Mr. Morse and Ms. Greene (Period 3).Ā Presentations will also be available in their Google Classroom (esgrv3l).Ā It is our intention to record and post the presentation in this Google Classroom.
- Reviewing myblueprint course registration functions.
- December 11th-12th: Mr. Routledge will visit all Grade 9 Math classes to answer questions for grade 9 students new to this process.
Last year, Horton transitioned to myBlueprint, a powerful program that helps students in several ways with course choices, career planning and post secondary preparation:
- Credit Tracking: Students can monitor their progress toward graduation.
- Course Requests: They can work on and refine their course selections over time.
- Career and Post-Secondary Planning: The program allows students to explore career paths and view the courses required for post-secondary studies.
We encourage you to explore this valuable resource with your student(s).

- Follow up presentations on scheduling for grade 9-11.
- Students will enter course requests in myblueprint.Ā Ā
- February 16th-20thĀ
- Students in Grades 9-11 will be asked to lock in their course requests
Math Pathways:
To graduate, you must successfully complete one math credit in each of Grades 10, 11, and 12. Math courses are organized into three distinct pathways.
Please carefully review the Math Pathways document and discuss it with your student.
We encourage you to review this information with your student and contact us if you have any questions.
