Nov 17th – Report cards were emailed home

Nov 17th – Online Booking of Parent/Teacher appointments opened at 5 PM

Nov 23rd (6:30 – 8:30 PM) and Nov 24th (1:15 – 3:15 PM) – Parent Teacher interviews

How to get access to the report card once it’s emailed? 

Once you receive the report card, you will be asked to enter your student’s date of birth to access them. Please follow the instructions for the correct format when entering the birth date. Please note that the system often has difficulty sending the reports to Hotmail accounts. If you don’t receive a report card to your Hotmail account, please check your junk mail before emailing. 

The new contact system will only send the report card to parents who have a Portal Account set up. We have gone through to make sure each student has at least one parent with an account. You don’t need to know your password for the account to be able to access the report card.

How to book parent teacher appointments? 

Bookings open at 5 pm on November 17th and close at 8 pm on November 22nd

Step 1

Go to hhs.schoolappointments.com      

Step 2

Click on ‘Register’ and create your account. Those who have created an account in the past must still re-register, as we periodically clear the users from the system.

Step 3

Add your child(ren) to the system using the ‘Add Student’ button

Step 4

Click the ‘Book Appointments” button. (Active on Nov 22nd at 5 PM) and you will then be able to select your teacher, click on ‘View Calendar’,  and then choose a time slot. 

Nov 28th to Dec 2nd – Grad Photos (more details to follow)

Dec 6th – Early Dismissal

Dec 20th  – Last day before Holiday Break  

Dec 21st to Jan 2nd – Holiday Break 

Jan 3rd – First day after the Break 

Jan 23rd to Jan 26th – FINAL ASSESSMENTS
