Report Cards

This is a friendly reminder that we will be sending out report cards via email Thursday, April 21st.  You will be asked to enter your student’s date of birth to access them. Please follow the instructions for the correct format when entering the birth date. Please note that the system often has difficulty sending the reports to Hotmail accounts. If you don’t receive a report card to your Hotmail account, please check your junk mail before emailing. 

The new contact system will only send the report card to parents who have a Portal Account set up. We have gone through to make sure each student has at least one parent with an account. You don’t need to know your password for the account to be able to access the report card. 

If you do not receive a report card by 5 pm on April 21st,  please email Peter Morse (morseps@gnspes.ca) and he will send one to you. 

Parent Teacher Interviews

Parent-teacher visitations will take place on Wednesday, April 27th from 6:30 pm to 8:30  and Thursday April 18th  from 1:15-3:15  pm. Parent/pTeacher this semester will be a hybrid model – parents/guardians will have the option to have a virtual meeting or an in-person meeting when booking their appointment. 

6:30 – 7:30 is IN Person
7:30 – 8:30 is virtual

1:15 to 2:15 is in-person
2:15 – 3:15 is virtual

Please note that masks will need to be worn for parent-teacher meetings. If you are not comfortable with this option, please select to have a virtual meeting.
